Ant Buster is a tower defense style flash game where you protect your cake from the ant hole. There's tons of different tower combo's to try out, each turret having a unique progression. I went with missile towers, ice towers, and poison towers which are some of the best. Once the ants take back the last slice of cake, it's game over.
