Riding in Croxted Road... Need I say more? White Van Man goes above speed limit breaking the law and performs a close pass, possibly a punishment one. This is all for a short lived MGIF ... I have reported this close pass and hoping driver will get fines and points on the license .. so we all hope this was worth it.
