Merry Xmas Everyone! But now.... Should pedestrians be forced to have number plates and insurance? After all they're the number one danger on our roads (after cyclists of course). It may sound like a joke trying to put number plates on pedestrians or asking for insurance... and it is just like it is asking for that from cyclists.
There's a reason why you need to have insurance on your car and is because you can cause untold damage in seconds.
