This is the assembling process of the second version of my RP2040-ADS1256 DAQ board. It takes some patience to place all the components in their place, especially the 0402 ones. But with a good tweezer and a microscope camera, it is only a matter of time. The reflowing was done on my DIY reflow station, which has been serving me for some years without issues. This process went better than the previous. However, due to the slight misalignment of the stencil, the paste was a bit offset at the USB connector, and I had to fix some solder bridges afterward. But the more I practice, the better the outcome becomes.
