ASHLAND - It is not your typical scene in Ashland on April 23 when city crews are working on taking out massive piles of snow.
"Everybody, not just city crews, but everybody is kind of frustrated with the snow right now," Ashland Public Works Director Ray Hyde said.
Frustration is an understatement when it comes to the ongoing winter along Wisconsin's South Shore.
Dense, thick snow has created headaches for drivers and public work crews in Ashland who are once again piling up overtime to clear the downtown area.
