Our Singing Competition is BACK in 2016!
Follow in the footsteps of 2014 winner Emily Carey and 2015 winner Jaynie Awcock. The competition is open to all singers aged 6-18! Only UK residents are eligible to win, but we encourage singers from all across the world to participate if they wish!
Enter now to be in with a chance of winning your own music video, where you will debut a brand new musical theatre/commercial song! The video will be released to our YouTube Channel which attracts around 1.5 million viewers every month!
Other prizes include scholarship offers for half term intensives with Spirit YPC!

Last year's winner was Jaynie Awcock, who performed, recorded and filmed the song 'Andy' by Flora Leo, as part of her prize. To enter this year's competition, applicants need to do their own cover of 'Andy' and upload to YouTube.
The deadline for entries is midnight on Wednesday 21st September. The competition will be judged by impartial industry professionals including casting directors, MD's and vocal coaches - list of judges TBA.
HOW TO ENTER
1. Applicants will need to do their own cover of 'Andy'.
Applicants are welcome to do their own take of the song. The name and gender of 'Andy' can be changed if you wish. Applicants can enter as soloists or in groups. You are welcome to make the video as simple or creative as you like! The video does not need to be top quality; entrants can film on their phone or similar devices. Applicants are welcome to use the backing track, create their own backing or sing a cappella.
2. Applicants will need to upload their video to YouTube.
The title of the video should be:
[NAME HERE] - Entry to Spirit YPC Singing Competition 2016.
3. Applicants need to fill in our online form to submit their entry to Spirit YPC (link on our website).
Once you have uploaded your video, please fill in this online form to submit it to the competition.
4. Make sure you've subscribed to our YouTube Channel and liked us on Facebook to keep up to date with the judge announcements and results! You can also follow us on Instagram and Twitter.
