This SmartFLOW practice with Annie Carpenter will gently open your hips and hamstrings and stabilize your sacrum and lower back. Perfect after traveling or too much sitting, you'll feel both grounded and released. With the right mix of flowing movement and longer holds to engage your core, you'll invert for several minutes in headstand and then a sweet cool-down will have you ready to sleep.

Contraindications- Inversion: healthy neck & shoulders, good eye health and steady blood pressure. For menstruation take alternative pose
