This is what swallowed me whole for the entire October 👀💧
But IT IS DONE AND I CAN FINALLY WASH MY HANDS OFF OF THIS SECRET ♥ I haven't been able to focus on anything else than this and I'm SO HAPPY it is done 😸 This progress sucked me in and had me in a death grip until I bent over backwards to complete it :''3
This is my love letter for a roleplay group (Discord server) that has since passed due to drama but these cats still hold a special place in my heart ♥
Back in 2019, when GAW (Government Assigned Warriors -names) were a thing, a roleplay group with the same name (GAW) rose and after being asked to become WindClan's leader, Petalstar's journey started for the next two to three years!
I couldn't have asked to lead a better Clan ♥ The friends and memories that I managed to make during that time are something I still cherish greatly!😸
The characters featured in this animation are listed below, along with their owners. However, the main characters are Petalstar, the leader, and Slatemist, a loner who joins WindClan, and their story of becoming mates... In a nutshell 😹 The third animated character is Squirrelmeadow, WindClan's deputy at the time and Petalstar's secondary mom (+ mentor), who disapproves of their relationship due to her own trauma. She doesn't want Petalstar to get hurt and used by other toms, which is why she (at first) ices out Slatemist and gives Petalstar stern warnings to think twice whenever hanging out with him.
Lucky for Squirrelmeadow, though, Petalstar is as naive as a brick - she doesn't understand hints and is very oblivious to Slatemist's advances. But with time and patience, Slatemist teaches her how to love and what romantic love even is! So he isn't a bad guy, at all~
I hope you all enjoy this silly little animation featuring wonderful characters ♥ Even if the majority are in the background (and I would have loved to include more SOBS)
