Aah, this served as a good break from the bigger animation project(s) I have been working on for the past few months~
CrystalColors opened a 96 hour Animatic/Storyboard MAP, which theme was Warrior Cats OCs and I couldn't resist the chance! I often like to go for finished, more polished MAPs and animations in general but the thought of doing something quick and easy really caught my attention with this one :3
I ended up giving this much more effort than I had originally anticipated but I hope it paid off! I'm very proud of this, even if it's in a storyboard format ♥ So much so in fact that I might consider making this as a finished animation in the future if I get the time! Just for fun~
The character is Petalstar, one of my roleplay characters, who was part of a GAW roleplay server! While GAW was running before I came to the decision of shutting it down, Petalstar managed to grow quite a history and story there, many which involve her losing cats close to her. Despite the losses, she still keeps going as she knows she can't leave WindClan on their own and despite her young age, she has to remain strong in order to guide WindClan through the tough times!
So in a nutshell, I consider this part more of a Petalstar venting on her own, trying to talk to StarClan through the cloudy sky in the moor!
I also picked up her as...WindClan's territory is quite baren :'3 So I wanted to play with turning cameras without taking too much into an account!
