Will AnimAction and/or the animation mode on Art Master for the Vectrex let you do good animation? Since there weren't many videos out there detailing the abilities and limitations of these two programs, I thought I'd do a quick review, as well as showcase a bunch of short animations I've made with both pieces of software.
