I don't know if the desktop version of Medibang paint has animation tools, but I'm pretty sure the Android version doesn't! I used the free transform tool and the zoom tool while doing the voice over to make this - you can really tell 🤣

sorry for recording my TV, but I did include the actual audio the first time I played through!
My mom said that it sounded like a Muppet (or more like a puppet) from a kids show. I asked if it sounded like a puppet coming from somebodys mouth instead of from a computer, and she was like, yeah!! It doesnt sound like a computer!
Im currently using a spreadsheet to convert the internal duration output to UST. it would be right magical if someone could make some kind of program to do that for ya!

Im proud of the Thai list! There is only one issue I can see. It may only be an issue with using a TTS and would not be present in banks recorded by humans. To save space, I did not write a VC section for diphthongs, even though there is a CV section for them. For the VC, I aliased a to cover all of the diphthongs. Theres sometimes a strange vocal synth noise that triggers when the aliased VC is used.

On the legality of this TTS Bank:
There are a lot of sites that use the same TTS servers, and all of them are very vague on rights. Some say you have 100% free reign to do literally anything.
As far as I understand, these sites pay Microsoft a few cents per word, but they get twice as many cents from ads for the free to use voices. The modern neural net voices tend to be locked behind premium membership.
Microsoft had a code of conduct for their neural net voices, and its just hey, dont do illegal things! So, I assume that making this voice library is not an illegal thing.")
