I'm proud of the Thai list! There is only one issue I can see. It may only be an issue with using a TTS and would not be present in banks recorded by humans. To save space, I did not write a VC section for diphthongs, even though there is a CV section for them. For the VC, I aliased "a" to cover all of the diphthongs. There's sometimes a strange vocal synth noise that triggers when the aliased VC is used.

I downloaded the subtitles from the official YouTube video and they likely got broken in the conversion to srt. I edited them, but they're still wonky.

On the legality of this TTS Bank:
There are a lot of sites that use the same TTS servers, and all of them are very vague on rights. Some say you have 100% free reign to do literally anything.

As far as I understand, these sites pay Microsoft a few cents per word, but they get twice as many cents from ads for the free to use voices. The modern neural net voices tend to be locked behind premium membership.

Microsoft had a code of conduct for their neural net voices, and it's just "hey, don't do illegal things!" So, I assume that making this voice library is not an illegal thing.
