Anguish was a Finnish Death metal band, founded in Kauhajoki, in 1989. During the year 1990, the band released two demos "Last Grimace" and "Six Feet Underground". Their first and last EP "Ground Absorbs" was recorded and released in 1991 by Italian label : Obscure Plasma Records.
