Swallowed is a Finnish Death metal band, founded in Helsinki in 2007 by two young Old-School Death metal enthusiasts. Band is mainly influenced by the ancient Death metal and Grindcore bands such as Repulsion, Nihilist, Autopsy and Impetigo. So far band has recorded two demos, one on their founding year called "Putrefaction" and the other in 2008 called "Epitaph of Nauseation". Where as the first demo was merely printed only a few copies for the friends of the band members, "Epitaph of Nauseation" demo was released by Belgian Detest records and as much as 250 copies were printed. The band is currently doing their third demo with a fresh bassist.
