NY artist Andy Golub recently privately painted a model named Bella who was celebrating life after a proactive double mastectomy. Having been born with the BRCA gene that gave her an 89% chance of breast cancer, and at the young age of 28, she opted for a double mastectomy to save her life. Being painted by Andy was her personal celebration of her decision to be a previvor.
