Turn the blue lever down to cut the bread.
There are two four-bar linkages in this slicer.
1. The linkage to control the circular cutter: blue lever, orange connecting rod and green lever. The circular cutter is fixed to the connecting rod. The cutter will rotate as it moves down thus imitating the motion of a bread knife.
That is the unique feature of this mechanism.
2. The linkage to control the bread stopper: blue rocker, yellow connecting rod and swivel red stopper.
