Inspection is critical for ensuring proper fit, function, and performance. In this video, you’ll learn how to:
Use the Measure tool to check distances, diameters, and radii with precision
Detect overlapping parts with the Interference tool and resolve design conflicts
Perform Section Analysis to view internal details and identify hidden issues
Calculate the Center of Mass for better balance and ergonomics
Review Mass Properties to determine the weight of your assembly
We’ll walk through practical examples using the Fishing Reel Assembly—measuring faces, edges, and holes, checking for interferences between components, and adjusting features to eliminate clashes.
