This is an American made Analogic An3100 secondary voltage standard. It can produce a 5 decade dial selectable voltage from 1 microvolt to 11.1110 volts with precision. Usefull for calibration of meters, scopes, or any voltage driven device in this range. It can also be used as a precision voltage source for design or testing purposes.
