Hello Friends, this 1997 Analog Devices AD1815AJ Sondcomm Soundcard surely was one of the cheaper cards back in the days. And I`m pretty sure most people won't buy it even today, 2nd hand, for a bargain. Because it looks terrible, and some of these cards are terrible to be honest. The Analog Deices FM core isn't just a copy of the Yamaha original. And because of that, in some games it sounds wrong. But in others, it sounds very good in my opinion. And in this video, I let it play some Adlib-Tracker 2 music to demonstrate that such a card can sound quite pleasant!
If you will compare the tunes with your card (because its very likely no Analog Devices card), you can download Adlib Tracker II from the official website here: adlibtracker.net
and compare it with yours. The download package contains a lot of nice tracks. You can load files with F3, playback files with F5 and stop with F7.
