Sarah is getting ready to try and run a marathon personal best at Rotterdam marathon. She has come to Font Romeu to ASICS’ Chojo Camp to try a week of altitude training and experience what life is like training as an elite athlete.
The camp is designed to help all runners feel and perform their best physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst striving for their personal peak. Join Sarah for the highs and lows of marathon training and get an insight into what an altitude camp is like.
