ABANDONED UNDERGROUND | An Unexpected Adventure at the Cursed Swiss Cheese Mine @ABANDONED_UNDERGROUND | Uploaded June 2021 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
"Every time I come here, something bad happens."
I've visited this cluster of abandoned mines several times over the course of two years. Each time I've visited, some form of misfortune has occurred ranging from injuries, infections, punctured tires, and bee attacks... My statement on the Swiss Cheese Mine holds true to this day. This time around, my friend Rudy was attacked by bees, and some of the best footage of the mine was lost due to the file becoming corrupted (that has never happened to me before).
Aside from these mines being cursed and uncomfortable to explore due to the low clearance passages just feet below the surface, I've found a new interest in this place. We've uncovered an entire new series of workings that resemble conventional drift mining off of a 200-foot-deep shaft. These series of workings are seldom visited and I plan to explore every level in the future.
For now, this video will show about half of what this mine has to offer. Stay tuned for updates!
