I wanted to share an honest life and health update. In the last 2 years, there has been a lot of trauma and big changes, and I’ve never taken the time to heal properly, and now it’s affecting my health and overall well-being. I haven’t had the mental or physical energy to create content, and I wanted to have a little heart to heart with you about what’s been going on.
If you feel like you’ve been struggling lately, I hope that this video helps you feel a little less alone and to serve as a reminder that social media only shows small pieces of someone else’s life. We are going through something. Don’t compare your life to someone else’s. And always remember that everyone else has their own share of struggles, whether you realize it or not.
