Let’s set monthly goals together! In this video, I show you in real-time how I set goals every month using my Bullet Journal and my planner.
I created the Inspired Goal-Setting Method that I have been using for years because it’s a more inspiring and meaningful way to set goals…and I show you how!
I use my BuJo to set goals every month, create a habits and emotions tracker, to write down good memories from the month to cultivate happiness and a positive mindset, and I use it as a creative outlet by creating aesthetic spreads that are inspiring to look at.
I hope this video inspires you to set goals and to start using your journal as a tool to achieve your goals but more importantly, to cultivate more mindfulness and happiness in your life.
