With founding members David Shepherd, Terence Cuneo and Phillip D Hawkins, the Guild of Railway Artists hosts a wealth of talent to this day! Yesterday we were delighted to welcome them to Ropley to capture Manston in all its glory.
We took the opportunity to chat to legendary artist John Austin about the Guild and his work as he was creating his masterpiece. Listen to his inspirational story and watch to the end to see some spectacular results.
The finished paintings will be on display in Alresford goods shed during the spring gala so do come and say hello!
