⭐️1985⭐️ Part #4! Letter B Games...
We continue on our long ongoing journey and quest to play, review (you will vote in the chat!), record and document (eventually I will release the final spreadsheet and results!) of every commercially released game on the Amstrad CPC!
The previous A-Z of Amstrad games streams proved to be very popular, and so now we bring you the fourth part of 1985! Were playing through the games alphabetically, and tonight in part #4 its games beginning with the letter B!
So expect lots of nostalgia, Amsoft games, a load of old crap, and some oldie but goldies! Definitely our first film and coin-op licences too! Whatever we come across though its an interesting part of Amstrad and gaming history were documenting!
(The games we will be excluding are magazine listings and type-ins, text adventures, mail-order and strategy/war simulations. Some other simulation type games may be skipped and we probably will skip past public domain / homebrew games until later in the machines life.)

Firebird published over 70 games for the Amstrad but often get a bit overlooked and forgotten about, compared to say Ocean, US Gold, Activision etc. Perhaps because they had lots of brilliant original games like Elite, Rick Dangerous, Savage, The Sentinel, Thrust, etc and relied less on licences and arcade/movie licences! Although they still managed to grab a few big ones like Bubble Bobble, Flying Shark, P47, Mr Heli and more! So tonight we start looking at their back catalogue of games including their budget Silver Range which was later renamed to just Silverbird to avoid confusion; and also their Rainbird label for more serious stuff like cutting edge simulators thats of interest to us! But its about time Firebirds brilliant catalogue of games got more attention!
So who knows what hidden gems we might discover, but it will be an action packed Amstream tonight! 🕹️😎👍

Whilst Wimbledon 2022 is currently happening, for the very first time on the Amstream in 5 years I thought we should at last have a TENNIS SPECIAL! So tonight we will be taking a look at ALL the tennis games commercially released on the Amstrad CPC and GX4000 console, and theres 16 of them! Well be doing it with a Wimbledon theme where you in the chat will be voting live on the games whether theyre champion worthy, high in the ranks, playing with a busted racket, or ponging like an old Pong console! For the purpose of a future video for the channel ranking them in order! Theres some really good and interesting games (some in 3D!), and some really stinkers hitting double faults! Its going to be fun!

Allllllright guys n gals! Today, is finally the day, we take a look at and finally nail down a definitive top 10 worst ever Amstrad CPC games!
As you may know from my channel, Ive reviewed and longplayed lots of great Amstrad games over the years and I do my best to showcase decent CPC games. At some point though, you have to take a look at terrible games - so lets get it all over with in one video!
This is a video 10 years in the making from when I first started gauging opinion on the CPC Wiki forums! Since then weve done a few live streams exploring the worst games, and asked in more places like Facebook groups, Discord, etc. From that I compiled a list of about 20-30 games and ran them through a spreadsheet with a scoring process marking them on various factors that make up a bad game! The highest scoring 10 are now ready....

⭐️ BLACK SEA!
Even more new Amstrad CPC games arrive! And in another Amstream exclusive we get the first look at the final finished version of The Vectornauts! Kukulcan will make the disk available for everyone after the stream on the CPC-Power.com website! This is an enhanced port of a ZX Spectrum game made by Dominic Reardon in 2018, coded by both Kukulcan and VincentGR with music by our very own Jonah Tasteful Mr Ship! Run around blasting robots to rescue your friend, set the self destruct timer on the enemy base and escape before it blows up!
Our second new game is the recently released Black Sea, also a ZX Spectrum conversion by Mananuk but also enhanced for the CPC! Explore the oceans looking for lost treasure battling vicious sea creatures!
After we will do more runs in Xyphoes Nightmare and looking at how everyone is doing in the high score competition!

An early Xmas present for Amstrad fans courtesy of the 21bloques team! This is a conversion of a PC game released in 2019, that was designed to be a throwback to arcade coin-op games from the early 80s like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc and was even released in its own dedicated arcade cabinet with side art! Now, here it is converted to the Amstrad CPC almost coming full circle! In this spooky single screen arcade platformer, Darkula is on a mission to remove all the lights in an amusement park that was created by monsters, to show them the natural beauty of the moon and what its like to live wildly under the darkness of the night! Go Darkula!

Longplay and review for Zaxx on the Amstrad CPC!
Ive always loved the arcade coin-op Zaxxon! And wished there was an official port and conversion to the Amstrad!! 😭 So in this video I go in search of what happened to the Amstrad port when every other computer and console bloody got one (spoiler... we nearly did....), I also go looking for the best Zaxxon clones on the Amstrad (another spoiler... its our main feature and longplay - Zaxx!) but first we start off with a little history lesson and playthrough of the first loop of the classic coin-op that started it all - Zaxxon! However our main feature is of course the longplay and review of Chips Zaxxon clone ZAXX and I think most of you will be fairly impressed...
I hope you enjoy this video, its a little bit different in style to my usual longplays, and certainly was fun to make and put together!
Zaxx though, I think is surprisingly quite a hidden little gem for such a blatant rip-off and clone....
