Back at it again with another Pokemon MAP part haha

Here's part 4 for SolarSparky's "Amsterdam" Multifandom/Catify MAP!!! Once again I've chosen Lillie and now Gladion for my part! I heard this part of the song and c'mon how could I not jump on it this was perfect for them!!
As for the actual part itself, I LOVED doing the dynamic shading!! I've never really done anything like this for a MAP part before and oh my goodness it was so fun to experiment with (the black shading makes it kind of look like a comic book!!!)
