This was such a neat concept I had to jump on this

Here's part 4 for Shiny-s-universe’s "Over the Rainbow" OC Villain MAP!!! I chose to use the Mysterious Voice for my part, I wonder what they're plotting....
I don't have much to say on this one, I had a lot of fun animating the first part-- that angle was quite a challenge!
