Congressman Christian Menefee is saying what we're all thinking: Americans are sick of ICE.
Menefee (D-TX), whose hometown of Houston has been devastated and enraged by the death of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, believes the Trump administration has corrupted DHS beyond repair and that ICE must be abolished entirely in order for the federal government to mend its lethal approach to immigration. And, as more lives are taken by ICE agents during supposedly "routine" interactions, the question has become clear: how do we actually start holding those involved accountable today?
