On today's adventure, we're out to catch some spiders! And not just any spider.... one of the largest and most widely known species in the southern United States which happens to share a nickname with one of the worlds most deadly spiders: the banana spider. BUT are these giant spiders ACTUALLY banana spiders?.... Well.... KIND OF! The golden silk spider's banana shaped and colored body earned itself the nickname, and due to this commonly shared nickname with the brazillain wandering spider, many people fear this animal, so our goal is gonna be to get up close with some of the biggest banana spiders we possible can, and find out just what these spiders are really like!
