A beautiful area in the northwestern section of Dutchess County in New York State. Approximately 100 miles north of New York City, Amenia was founded in 1788 and has a population of roughly 4,200 residents. Connecticut borders the town on the east and Massachusetts is a short 20 minute drive north.
