Now with Guardian and Geothermal plant skips, this new version fixed the bug with a scan related to the guardian that didn't make him appear after reloading past the golden temple.
About the Geothermal skip: I found a way by just reloading after grabbing the pb, then entering the room at the start, getting near the first door and then the explosion happens.
Some mistakes prevented the 38 RTA and 31 IGT but we are happy with this run so we are moving to any% for now.
Notes:
- We sometimes pause mid run in order to chat with each other
- Still my input viewer stopped working because of that and I'm getting tired of using Nohboard, probably gonna change to the plugin in OBS
Now for the juicy details of the route!
P1: Miepee
P2: DruidVorse
P1 Save on the first save room, go to Golden Temple. Skip Alpha, the right room with 4 pickups and spider all. Save warp after collecting the second e-tank. P2 Save, kill first alpha, reload.
P1 Go to get the Super Missiles from the Dual Alphas. P2 Go to Hydro Station and save, kill the two alphas, grab Wave and Boots, reload and kill Arachnus.
P1 Go to A4. Save, collect the Power Bomb and warp. Get remaining items, Save warp, activate the tower. Save warp. P2 Go to A3, save inside the complex, grab space jump then reload. Kill gamma, grab speed booster, kill alpha then gamma, reload. Grab Spazer and that missile, reload.
P1 Go to A5 and activate EMP. Go to Screw, save at station in the way, warp. Get gravity and its items and warp. Fight the Alphas. After that, go to Ice. Save at the station before Serris, kill the Gammas on the way and warp after getting ice. P2 Clean rest of A3, grab EMP pb, save, clear BG3 (down - right - down) then reload. Clear Mining area, reload and warp to A4 then to Golden Temple.
P1 Pipe to A2 clean up the items on the left of HJB, warp. P2 Get EMP SM and clear Varia items
P1 Clean the bottom and left side of A5, go kill the Zeta. Collect the missing SM container and warp. Pipe to GT and do cleanup. P2 Set up EMP ball for Miepee, grab spider ball, kill alpha, save at BG1, kill alphas then reload. Guardian quick kill, grab top items. Go to A2 and clear BG2, reload after pb. Clean rest of A4
P1 Go to Thoth, cleanup items on the way and warp after getting the etank. P2 Clear A6, Nest, Labs.
P1 Go to ship and save often P2 Kill the queen, get the baby.
