The first one requires falling smoothly through the left crumble block.
Since Charge Spread extends your vertical reach in combination with jumps/boosts, you can use it to get the Tank Jet much earlier in Biodome.

Started running a new custom seed on Fusion mode but turns out its 1:30 RTA slower but has the same IGT as my 1:08:30 run on the old seed.
So after 17 attempts, I got a beast of a run which was a 1:08:43 RTA but has a faster IGT by 1 minute 12 seconds.
The route seems to be better than the other seed but has more room transitions, if this run was made on the other seed, this would have been a mid 1:07.
