Eight years after its liberation from the pro-Russian militants, Mariupol is again occupied. Today we are once again fighting for its return. We are fighting for the atmospheric Azov Sea coastline, for the access to the embankment by the railway tracks, for the Mariupol Vezha — a historic water tower, for city festivals, and fountains. We are fighting for a unique church decorated with Petrykivka painting, for the Drama Theatre, the heart of Mariupol, which today aches the whole of Ukraine. We are fighting for Azovstal and its defenders, the Titan Warriors, who courageously resisted the invaders, and for every resident of Mariupol who tells the world and proves with all their actions that Mariupol is Ukraine.
