Join me as I visit a very busy Alton Towers Resort during the summer holidays 2026 and finally get on their new coaster Bluey The Ride: Here Comes The Grannies
It was a random park visit as I was on work standby which I ended up having 3 days off, I decided to visit Alton Towers at the last minute hence me getting there early afternoon
It was good to get on Bluey The Ride which is a great “family” coaster but it certainly wasn’t worth the 1hr 7min wait for it, but as we say a creds a cred
It was also good to see the Alton Towers Exhibition in the Towers Chapel and generally seeing the park busy and having a great vibe and atmosphere even tho I didn’t get in many rides
In the end I bought 3 fast passes costing £15 each so I managed to get on Wicker Man twice and Nemesis Reborn once skipping the huge wait times and let’s be honest they are the best coasters in the park
