Altitude Sickness Now High Blood Pressure at 10,125 feet Leadville Colorado (van life travel vlog) This video is about my experience with altitude sickness and high blood pressure at 10,125 feet in Leadville, Colorado. I'm not a doctor but I have altitude sickness symptoms because of the elevation in Leadville Colorado (10,125 ft). When I got to Leadville Colorado for the first time, it was tough to adjust to being so high up. And now that I've been here for several weeks it's really hard if you're having trouble adjusting to it. But there are some things you can do to help your body adjust and feel better! Here are my altitude sickness symptoms: horrible migraine, not able to catch my breath easily, shortness of breath, my normal blood pressure suddenly was high. I took some measures to get my blood pressure under control and decrease the symptoms of altitude sickness which you'll see here in the video.
