Story Chasing | My First Time Trying WAFFLE HOUSE & Savannah Georgia LOVE THIS PLACE (van life travel vlog) @storychasing | Uploaded April 2021 | Updated October 2024, 4 hours ago.
Well, FINALLY I tried Waffle House for the first time since seeing all the Waffle Houses in the south. I figured I had to try Waffle House in Georgia since Georgia is the headquarters AND has the most Waffle Houses than any other state in the U.S.
Savannah Georgia is such a beautiful place and full of rich history! I fell in love with this place. The history and buildings are so incredible AND I visited Chippewa Square, in downtown Savannah, where part of Forrest Gump was filmed and he sat on the bench in Chippewa Square. I hope you enjoy this van life travel vlog as I continue my way Northeast. I did go down some cobblestone streets to the Savannah waterfront area and dang my heart was pounding. What a mess with my van.

Hi, I'm Amber and in May 2017 I started full time RV living. I started this nomadic journey after selling my house and all my belongings to pursue this crazy dream of traveling full time in an RV and creating incredible memories.
After 1 year of traveling, I sold my 26 foot Winnebago Class C RV for a more nimble Class B van on a Promaster 2500 chassis. Now in my 4th year of RVing in my camper van, I'm still loving this RV lifestyle and being a digital nomad. I almost always boondock in nature and really enjoy that off grid living.

The Kancamagus Highway, or The Kanc as the locals call it, was one of the best scenic byways Ive been on in a long time. Theres so many places to pull off and enjoy the river that runs next to the Kancamagus Highway, hikes like the Sabbaday Falls hike (in the video), picnic tables, lower falls, upper falls, and breathtaking views around the White Mountains. Simply put - ITS BREATHTAKING! Its a must-see bucket list adventure.
