Pause buffer until the roof is gone, then bring up the DSoT text.
If you get the first frame of the roof being gone (which should be most of the time), select 'yes' during the unpause lag.
If you get the second frame of the roof being gone, select 'yes' while you're in the pause screen and then unpause.
You now have epona stored & you're in alternate ranch. Song of Soaring and Song of Double Time both softlock here, but you can play song of time to get Epona to Clock Town.
Going through any other loading zone will put you on Epona.
If you have a blank bow spot OR no sword in your equipment screen, you can turn into another form and go through a loading zone to get weird B, shown here with Deku.
