This is a review and test ride of the Also brand e-bike, which is a full-suspension e-bike made by the Rivian company who makes electric trucks. The Also TM-B e-bike has a lot of technology built into it, and in this video, I have a representative from the Also electric bicycle company go over all of the things that it can do. This is a class 3 e-bike, which is street legal, and they have different varieties for different states. I test drove this one in California, and it was different from the models they sell elsewhere. It still has a 28 mph top speed and a lot of torque to get you going. The Also TM-B e-bike has pedals that connect to a generator which charges up a battery which runs an electric motor which spins the rear wheel through a Gates carbon fiber belt drive. It’s very high tech, and feels great to ride. It pedals smoothly and feels like a pedal bike, but you are actually pedaling into a generator to generate electricity.
