In this video, I rode my Retrospec folding bike to Sophie Stadium, which is the Los Angeles Stadium, where the FIFA World Cup soccer games are played. The stadium is about 2 miles from the LAX Metro train station, so I took the train to that stop and then rode my bike from the LAX Metro train station to Sofi Stadium, where the World Cup soccer games were being played. I think I got to the stadium faster than the shuttle buses that we’re going to the games, as I was able to avoid a lot of the traffic. If you’re thinking about riding your bike to Sophie Stadium to watch a World Cup soccer game, this will show you what the ride looks like, and also tells you where you can lock up your bike at the stadium. Normally at Sofi Stadium, there are bike racks where you can lock up a bike, but for the World Cup and the Super Bowl, bikes are not allowed in that close to the stadium, so you just have to lock it up to a fence, hopefully near a Security station.
