We rooted a Quest 1 live (finally got 90Hz working on it too), then jumped straight into Game Native to run PC VR games completely standalone on the Quest 3 — no PC required. Beat Saber ran shockingly well.

Fair warning: the first hour is just me fighting OBS, Arch Linux, and my own stream setup. The real chaos starts once Meta's own app decides it doesn't want headsets to exist anymore.
