Okay, this will be my last crash out on Dilophosaurus, I promise...
Because I had an idea come to me while I was discussing this with people after I made my video talking about how much they made Dilophosaurus less intimidating in the Jurassic Park films when compared to the real animal.
And I feel like I needed to re address this for the people who didn't catch this the first time. The Dilophosaurus in the Jurassic Park novel by Michael Crichton is actually much closer to the real animal. It could spit venom, but it did not have a frill and it was much closer to the size of the real thing (which is really my main issue with the movie dilo.)
But my idea is that if you have to have a frilled, spitting, small dinosaur... Then maybe it would have been better to add these features to a already smaller dinosaur. đź‘€
