25 push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for Mental health. PTSD, loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety; these are just some of the challenges that many face every day.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
Today I nominate the lyrically skilled and physically built Marx Joe Louis Marsters (Masta Marx). You are the only rapper I know who should be mentally and physically capable of freestyle rapping and doing push-ups easily at the same time!!!๐
