TLDR: Beta 2 brings some minor changes to Apple CarPlay and Apple's own applications, including Maps, Music and Podcasts. Pinch and Zoom is here now for car displays that support it (or maybe it isn't enabled in the UK yet?). Sadly VAG displays may have issues of it not working.
