This is my take on apmc to improve the soundscapes but still keep it's rough and harsh nature.
Stage 3: The patient still has some recognition of their surroundings before they get every part of them lost. Childhood memories return to keep themselves happy with slight bits of newer ones here and there. Songs they remember are practically nonexistent as they are decaying sometimes at points overwhelming places. The patient tries really hard to save themselves before their mind falls apart
