this is probably going to be the last remake of my fp. Ehs (Every head screeches) is a four track long album that covers exploding head syndrome it shows from going to sleep and then the panic from the explosion sound afterwards. Loud sound warning for track 3 so if you have heart problems or are scared of loud noises don’t listen to it.
11 PM: I'm looking outside of my window to see the pretty stars. I'm getting ready to go to bed remembering the day I just had.
0:00 - looking down the starlight outside
11:30 PM: after looking at the stars I close my eyes to rest and fall asleep.
2:44 - drifting away to sleep
12 AM: In the middle of a sleepless dream, my whole world was blinded by pure light and fire. And it sounded like a bomb went off on my head. I quickly checked outside, and there was nothing. I can't sleep, I couldn't, the sound and the light would come back again, there's no warning, please don't come again.
4:54 - explosive dreaming
1 AM: right as this was happening I couldn't calm down and I can’t sleep after what just happened
7 AM: 6 hours after my panic attack, I am calm now and I am writing my experiences of my abnormal sleep that I just had last night on my notepad. I went to the doctor an hour ago and they told me that I had exploding head syndrome. I just hope it doesn’t happen again.
7:35 - panic filling your body to a calm place
