This video probably doesn't have all of them, but it's all I was able to find. Not all of them are samples; some of them used to be samples before ICP was forced to rerecord the lines themselves to prevent getting sued. These are all in the episode "Tons of Fun." I think it's likely ICP also sampled other episodes, so I'll probably make a new video if I find any more.
Shaggy 2 Dope discussed the "Toy Box" Pee-wee's Playhouse samples during a livestream on ICP's Patreon: "Mike had every episode on fuckin' tape. We started looking through 'em, and all the weird little skits in there, like the one was that little skit in there called Penny. It was like the whole fuckin' beginning with her face like transforming, and then all the voice samples we used, like 'Woo-wee.' I had to redo those, because we couldn't use the actual Pee-wee's Playhouse, but the stupid thing was, I said the exact same thing, as close to them as I could, but that flew. They were good with that."
