"Shining Down" by the Detroit duo Paper Tiger from their 2000 album Hoopla, which also contains the songs "Sky," "Hit Single," and "Tried to Run." Paper Tiger is Maureen Maki (guitar, vocals) and Neil Yee (drums, vocals).
In January 2000, Insane Clown Posse bought sampling rights to the song "Sky," which was on the Paper Tigers unreleased demo tape, and used it for "Rainbows & Stuff" on the album Bizaar. "Sky" used to be on YouTube, but it has since been removed, so please let me know if you have it downloaded.
