Known as the Avante in South Korea and Elantra in many global markets, the new generation introduces a larger body, fresh styling, a redesigned interior, advanced technology, and upgraded gasoline and hybrid powertrains.

The all-new Hyundai Avante measures 4,765 millimeters long, 1,855 millimeters wide, and rides on a 2,750 millimeter wheelbase. The larger dimensions also provide more passenger space, with improvements to rear legroom, headroom, and shoulder room.
Inside, the 2027 Hyundai Elantra Avante introduces a completely different digital experience. Depending on configuration, buyers can get a large 14.6-inch center display along with a separate 9.9-inch driver information display. Hyundai's Pleos Connect system, Gleo AI technology, downloadable applications, connected services, and over the air software updates bring a new level of technology to the Avante.
The Korean powertrain lineup includes a 2.0-liter gasoline engine producing 149 PS and a 1.6-liter hybrid system producing a combined 157 PS. Hyundai has also upgraded the hybrid system to deliver stronger acceleration while targeting improved fuel economy.
Safety technology is another major part of the redesign. Depending on specification, the Hyundai Avante can offer 10 airbags, Lane Following Assist 2, Navigation Based Smart Cruise Control 2, Remote Smart Parking Assist, a Surround View Monitor, and additional collision avoidance technology.
