Time without loads (according to LiveSplit with Autosplitter) is 2:34:55.
A lot of stuff went wrong in this run, like dying on the troll bridge in Episode 6, going to the toilet and misjudging how much time I have ("C'mon, mister, I'll take you to Rose's trailer.") at which point I kind of wanted to reset but continued for practice - and a lot of small stuff that I usually rarely fail (a lot of "slow walking" skips and car teleports). Oh, and of course the bridge en route to the Coal Mine stopped me again, but at least I didn't get stuck completely this time.
Also the Bookstore opening went slow even though I thought I had it figured out, because Sarah did the slower opening (possibly because her "This town can't take this" was too late), which meant I went back to her too early and triggered the line anyway, which caused the really slow opening. Oh well, not a lot of timeloss, but kind of annoying.
Although on the plus side a lot of stuff also went pretty well, including many of MisterMunkki's new skips (like skipping the elevator puzzle in Episode 3 first try) and other new strats and improvements that weren't in my previous run years ago.
Overall I'm not really satisfied with the run yet, but it's pretty decent!
