We just uncovered some test footage from 2008 of our then-new airboat being put through its paces on the icy Peconic Bay! The quality is very low (we didn't have fancy cameras back then), but we think it's a fun vid. Enjoy!

Our road to creating the Model Titanic Splits video series has been a long and challenging one.
On the way, we made many sinking attempts that ended in failure (no hull break-up). Some of these videos, though, were still interesting to watch. This is one.
Disclaimer: The real Titanic did not sink this way.
This video shows Titanic sinking due a a phenomenon called sagging. The ship is flooding amidships, but still supported by the buoyancy of the bow & stern. She floods quickly and sinks to the bottom.

This video shows Titanic sinking some distance off-shore, in bright mid-day conditions. Separation charge smoke can be seen, but the ship sinks intact.
